In rare cases where we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., driver unavailability, road closures), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative ride.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be marked as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Modification & Rescheduling

You can modify or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
